Nous avons l'emploi que vous recherchez!Enviro Urgence division d'EBI, est à la recherche d' Opérateurs/chauffeurs de camion vacuum (camion pompe) et/ou Roll Off classe 1 FM.Principales fonctions dans le poste '' opérateur / Chauffeur ''Effectuer divers travaux dans le domaine des services environnementaux à l'aide d'un camion vacuum (camion pompe), roll off, etc.. Travaux en nettoyage industriel, pompage de matières dangereuses, livraison de conteneurs, urgences environnementales, etc. Voici une description plus approfondie :Conduire et opérer des équipements lourds (vacuum, roll-off, citerne) ou autres ( cube, petit vacuum, pick up) (+/- 30% de conduite pour 70% d'opérations)Compléter de façon conforme, les divers documents relatifs au travail et/ou au transport des matières selon le type d’unité et de travail à exécuter.S’assurer que ses équipements de travail de même que l'unité utilisé soient toujours propres et en bon ordre après chaque quart de travail.Porter les équipements de sécurité requis selon le type d’intervention à traiter (casque, bottes, dossard, lunettes de sécurité, etc...) et ce, en tout temps.Exécuter le travail généralement physique et manuel qui lui est demandé par son supérieur, en respectant les consignes et procédures de travail données, que ce soit au niveau du travail à exécuter et/ou des normes de sécurité applicables, sur le lieu des travaux, près ou sur l’unité dont il est l’opérateur.Ce poste exige une disponibilité de 24/7 lors de la garde (environ 1 semaine/6). Ce poste exige la carte ''Santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction''Urgent, disponible dès que possible. Poste permanent avec horaire variable. Salaire au dessus de la moyenne + primes diverses, temps et demi, temps double, etc... Dans le but de réduire les coûts d’opération et de respecter les objectifs visés, elle fait aussi la promotion de l’amélioration continue auprès de son équipe,Principales responsabilités :· Coordonner la production et les équipes de travail entre les différentes cellules ;· Exécuter l’ordonnancement et la priorisation de la production ;· Contrôler la productivité, la gestion des rebuts et des dépenses des cellules ;· Assurer le respect du plan de maintenance machine ;· Motiver les équipes à proposer des projets d’améliorations ;· Maintenir les outils d’amélioration continue et KPI en production ;· Assurer la communication entre la production et les départements de support ;· Contribuer à maintenir un bon climat social et favoriser la communication au sein des équipes syndiqués et non syndiqués ;· Participer au processus de recrutement ainsi qu’à l’intégration et faire le suivi auprès des nouveaux employés. Qualification et expérience :· DEP en techniques d’usinage, ASP en usinage à contrôle numérique ou l’équivalent ;· 5 à 7 années d’expérience dans la gestion d’usine et du personnel syndiqué ;· Expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique est nécessaire ;· Connaissances des logiciels de la suite Office 365 ;· Bilinguisme tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral (français et anglais) un atout ;· Leadership et fortes aptitudes en communications interpersonnelles ;· Avoir un sens développé des responsabilités, de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps et des priorités.NB : Le genre masculin est utilisé comme générique à seule fin d’alléger le texte ; tous les titres et fonctions doivent être entendus comme masculins et féminins.
