The RN-EC will facilitate the enhancement of the delivery of inter-professional care. The RN-EC will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement a plan of care. The RN-EC will collaborate with the physician team in the medical management of patients within the Adolescent Medicine Program. The RN-EC will bring evidence-based practice in the field of adolescent health (including gender affirming care) and will incorporate research and evidence into nursing and inter-professional practice and policy.
