The RN-EC will collaborate with the team to provide clinical leadership and promote excellence in the Pediatric Adolescent Medicine Program including family centered nursing care through advanced clinical practice, interprofessional educational support, consultation, leadership and research. The RN-EC role will be to provide advanced practice nursing care for children and adolescents.  The RN-EC will support children and adolescents and their families with children who are part of the Adolescent Medicine Program. The RN-EC will be instrumental in the delivery of care including the identification, sharing and implementation of best practices where applicable. The RN-EC will facilitate the enhancement of the delivery of inter-professional care. The RN-EC will work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement a plan of care.
