FSQA Coordinator - Contract

The Opportunity: The FSQA Coordinator at the Heritage facility is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the food safety programs through task review, verification, and monitoring activities, as well as program review and auditing functions. The incumbent will lead & engage cross functional teams during audit completion and development of corrective action plans for regulatory and internal non-compliance findings. Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life: The FSQA Coordinator at the Heritage facility is responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the food safety programs through task review, verification, and monitoring activities, as well as program review and auditing functions. The incumbent will: Conduct CCP/ PCP and/or prerequisite training and other Food Safety Training Participate in annual HACCP review and reassessment with cross functional team and update the program accordingly Participate in prerequisite monitoring and reassessment inspections as per MLF specific requirements Coordinate FSQA document management (SOP's, training material, policies, etc) Responsible for any monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks. Research Coordinator II
