As a Highrise Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our highrise projects from inception to completion. You will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful delivery of our highrise developments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage highrise construction projects through all phases, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and standards are met.Monitor project progress, address any issues or challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging team collaboration and professional development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
