SAP Business Partner (Temporary, 12 months)

We are looking for an SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Business Partner who will be supporting the deployment and evolution of the solution within the assigned business area and play a key role by acting as the single point of contact between end users and the Centre of Excellence. You will continuously analyze how changes will impact the business area and lead the necessary actions to adapt and optimize business processes to drive improvements and ensure their sustainability over time. You will also support business requirement development and provide proper communication and training material to end users on changes. The SAP EWM Business Partner is recognized for their in-depth experience and knowledge of the business domain and its processes and works in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence to bring best practices forward in the business area. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end users within the assigned business area. Ensure that the business area stays proficient with changes by providing continuous learning on new features and processes. Develop, improve, and maintain training material and exercises; deliver training and coaching to end users. Document knowledge in the knowledge library to ensure sustainment and easy onboarding of new employees. Onboard new employees in your business area on processes and systems. Request, validate and maintain a security end-user list for the assigned business area. Evaluate how the change is impacting people, and prepare, clarify, and communicate changes related to business processes, systems, job roles and organizational structures. Take part in the Centre of Excellence to offer permanent and updated support (processes, maintain documentations, train new employees/plan new training rollout, manage priorities on defect resolution, plan improvement and workaround processes). Prepare a feasibility study for management on the strategic initiative with the support of the Centre of Excellence. Support and coordinate testing of solution enhancements. Coordinate actions and priorities with other SAP Business Partners of the Logistics and Distribution group. Introduce best practices within the assigned business area to gain efficiency, improve value and create lean processes, by: Attending community calls and/or leadership governance. Suggesting improvements and updating processes. Providing input to communications, policies, and strategies. Releasing best practice guidelines. Keeping an eye on trends and new features for proposing initiatives. Creating tactical plans to support strategic development goals within the business area and ensuring progress toward their achievement. Project Lead Logistics, PA&A (Temporary, 14 months)

The PAA (Parts, Accessories and Apparel) Logistics Project Lead will participate in strategy development and act as a project lead for the transformation of BRP’s worldwide PAA distribution centres. Working with management, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, enabling us to deliver world-class service to our customers through strategic projects and the implementation of continuous improvements. By making efficient use of our supply chain, the Project Lead is constantly looking for ways to improve service while reducing costs. Prioritizing multiple demands from diverse stakeholders, leading and influencing partners, and adapting to a highly dynamic environment will be the main challenges of this role. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Support the PAA growth plan and customer value proposition. Provide leadership and collaborate with our 3PLs and service providers for enhanced solution implementation. Manage the project budgeting/forecasting process and implement cost mitigation strategies, as needed. Establish a network of external value-added partners to introduce new concepts within the company. Coordinate the work done by a multidisciplinary team associated with project realization. Facilitate various workshops to identify improvement opportunities, monitor indicators and implement action plans.
