Based in Ville Saint-Laurent. If you have experience as a Warehouse Material Coordinator, this position is for you! The Material Coordinator will report to the Inventory Manager to support inventory management activities within Top Aces. Key responsibilities include: Receive material from various sources Verify that orders received comply with purchase orders Issue and transfer inventory to support our various operating locations Prepare and ship parcels, taking care to follow packing instructions. Prepare and print shipping labels according to shipping requirements Ensure the integrity of inventory data by performing continuous cycle counts Manage inventories for the sector's various warehouses Maintain valid dangerous goods and controlled goods certifications; Establish and maintain current inventory of hazardous materials / explosives; Optimize storage space between local warehouses Coordinate required purchases with the supply chain. Purchase local consumables; Communicate with local employees and supply chain to manage and mitigate the impact of comExperience with shipping/receiving and/or inventory/stores management; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in French.
