Senior Civil Engineer/Technologist:  Harvey 2486 We are currently looking for a Senior Civil Engineer/Technologist with a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a Degree in civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Capabilities: Able to prepare land development designs as per the bylaws and requirements of the cities.Able to do site servicing plans, site grading and site drainage plans., storm water management plans, and Erosion and sediment control plans.Able to design city infrastructure such as roads, storm and sanitary sewers and water supply service.Able to guide and supervise junior staff.Able to communicate with the staff as a team leader.Able to deal with city, other consultants and agencies, during the preparation of design and the approval process.Effectively able to use design soft wares and guide the junior staff. Check the work done by junior staff and Take responsibility of the work done. Engineer: Able to seal and sign the design drawings.Able to help in site reviews and trouble shoot the site issues of the field staff. This is a fulltime position Salary is open, depending on current experience Benefits package after 3 months

What you'll bring to WSP: Diploma from a Technician or Technologist program in Structural, Civil, or Transportation Engineering; New graduates are encouraged to apply as well; Experience using AutoCAD & MicroStation, preferably in a consulting/design environment; Experience with highway, rail, and pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, and other civil structures is considered an asset; AT Bridge Inspection and Maintenance (BIM) certification is an asset; Working experience in Civil 3D, 3D modelling, and/or Revit is an asset; Excellent technical, interpersonal and teamwork skills; and Excellent verbal communication skills.
