Acts as a liaison between internal and external partners on systems and software adoption. • Collaborates with IH Communications team on any outgoing organization wide communication and communication to external partners. • Collaborates with IH Change Management team on standards, processes and industry trends in the area of effective systems and software adoption.• Creates and implements change management plans and communication plans to promote IH-wide awareness and understanding of technology changes among Business Partners (internal and external).• Measures and monitors technology adoption progress, gathers feedback, and recommends necessary adjustments to optimize adoption rates.• Acts as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and leadership, addressing technology adoption concerns and ensuring alignment.• Develops metrics and Key Performance Indicator’s to measure the success and impact of technology adoption efforts.• Provides support to Digital Health, Clinical Informatics managers by leading the manager’s team(s) through change management workstreams within a structure methodology as required.• Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices in technology adoption methodologies.• Participates in the on-call rotation for Clinical Information Systems.• Performs other related duties as required.QualficationsHonouring Interior Health’s commitment to Truth and Reconciliation and the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA), and Pursuant to Section 42 of the BC Human Rights Code, preferential consideration and/or hiring will be given to qualified applicants who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit).Education, Training, and Experience• Post secondary degree with a focus in change management or a related discipline.• Five (5) or more years proven experience in health informatics, change management, technology adoption strategies and/or project management.• Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) credential or equivalent is an asset.• Or an equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education.Skills and Abilities• Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence business partners at all levels.• Technology implementation and change related key messging, communication strategy and content development.• Demonstrated ability work collaboratively in a team environment.• Advanced oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships.• Experience leading and participating in multi-disciplined workshops to develop solutions to problems and/or consensus on new processes.• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and develop solutions as required. • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, continually-changing environment.• Current valid BC driver’s license• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
