We are the preferred contractor for many major international retailers.This is a great opportunity for long-term professional growth with a solid company that is established and well respected within our industry. Qualifications:Experience in commercial retail construction and/or ICIProject Management experience in commercial retail construction and/or ICI.Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProject Management certification is an assetAble to read and comprehend construction drawings, including: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site specificationsStrong analytical and detail-oriented skills, along with exceptional time management and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members at all levels in the organizationAble to travel if/when required Key Responsibilities:Managing construction projects for assigned clients, from pre-construction to completion.
