Overview POSITION OVERVIEW: The Security Programs Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing a variety of functions within Paladin's security portfolio. Monitors Incident Reports and takes appropriate action on the reports that are related to sites within the portfolio. 14. Remains on-call to act as an after-hours resource for emergencies. 15.
