This role will assist in driving the quality mindset culture of all staff and apply world-class continuous improvement best practices to deliver flawless project execution. DUTIES:Nuclear Order Execution (Shawflex and Kanata)-    Provide daily quality support and guidance on product quality to cross-functional teams on order execution-    Review and provide input to quote and order travelers -    Complete required customer quality documentation such as test reports, certificate of compliance and others for Shawflex and Kanata-    Work in conjunction with process engineering and team to ensure the production process is meeting required product quality-    Escalate to quality supervisor key issues and concernsContinuous Improvement-    Champion problem solving sessions related to internal and external non-conformances-    Identify and lead/support continuous improvement initiatives-    Lead and participate in Nuclear NCR and Customer Complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action close out.-    Develop Quality Control and Assurance systems to streamline current processes using digitization methods and new process flows.Quality Assurance-    Create and maintain quality system documents-    Analyze quality data to identify trends to develop action plan -    Participate in the development of risk assessments, procedures, forms/templates-    Perform internal audits as needed-    Support external quality audits including analyzing root causes, identifying and implementing corrective actions-    Assist supplier and vendor audits and assessments-    Support Nuclear Quality system standardization efforts, including process mapping.Other duties-    Carry out and perform the duties and requirements for company HSE including hazard identification, performing safety observations (ASAs)-    Monthly reporting to Nuclear & Space Quality metrics-    Other duties and reporting assigned by supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS:-    Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience -    Holding Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science -    Lean/Six Sigma Training & Experience - preferred-    Experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO required, AS9100, NQA-1/CFR 50 Appendix B or CSA N299 an asset)-    Experience with quality management of manufactured products in automotive, aerospace, nuclear -    QMS auditor training/experience is an asset-    Quality and Continuous Improvement mindset-    Analytical / data driven-    Ability to work under pressure and bind a team together (production, engineering, project management)-    Strong ethical compass-    Good training/facilitation skills-    Above average interpersonal and communication skills-     Ability to work more than 50% of the time on the shop floor
