Strategic Partner Duties and Responsibilities Strategy & Project Management - Investment & Development Initiatives Consolidate and analyze operational data for strategic review. Identify, analyze and track value creation opportunities and market trends. Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization for the Real Estate Division. Active Team member participating in process improvement initiatives related to monthly/quarterly reporting and the creation of data analytic dashboards. Lead special/strategic projects as required. Participate in and co lead the process for new developments from the planning phase to completion. Prepare presentations and reports for the Executive teams and Board of Trustees to clearly communicate the investment/development analysis being run, opportunities and risks, and updates on project performance and returns. Assume a lead role in the planning and execution of the Real Estate Division’s commitments and projects, including drafting communications, presentations and facilitating meetings. Implement and evaluate specific projects and ensure the effective completion of project milestones. Leasing and Marketing: Assume the lead role to create and maintain property listings. Ensuring updated information and photos are obtained for all properties. Co-lead discussions with brokers, tours, and tenant meetings to lease currently vacant spaces, spaces up for renewal, and future spaces. Active team member with idea generation, planning and analysis for the conversion of leased spaces that are coming available. Coordinate the development and implementation of a marketing strategy and social media plan to enhance our brand presence. Support the development of innovative forward-thinking design concepts. Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely. Take initiative to ensure assigned web pages are up to date and complete website maintenance. Other related marketing and event activities as required. Administrative Coordinate actions following various internal and external board and committee meetings to ensure all action items are completed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support the management of the departmental budget. Provide advice to the Manager regarding budget planning and forecasting for the office Prepare financial updates for the Manager and other key stakeholders. Maintain and keep accurate tenancy information relating to address, phone numbers, contact information, insurance, and utilities into the property management/accounting computer systems. Ensure all files, including electronic files, are complete and accurate and have valid and executed documentation. Coverage for Property Administrator vacation.
