Able to define the test plan and validate the test procedures to align with the customer.Estimating technical risks and defining mitigation plans.Follow-up of engineering planning and anticipating potential delay in relation with interfacesSupport for Localization & FAI of the major equipment and its sub-systems.Desired Skills:Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 8 years' experience in HVAC subsystem design and development in the Rolling stock industry; specifically in the Indian market.Additional Know-how of interior installation design and development will be preferred.Knowhow and use Creo & PDM link will be an added advantage.Has already worked (preferably) with Train builders & interior suppliers.Able to demonstrate management of engineering teams when applicable.Being agile, ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline.Able to work in an international & multicultural environment within a matrix organization structure.Good written and spoken communication skills (in English), and German language will be an added advantage.Ready to travel locally and internationally when required by projects.Join us and be yourself!
