The successful candidate will be joining three other certified Palliative Care Physicians who share a 1.5 FTE. In addition to playing an important clinical role, collaboration and consultation to family physicians and medical specialists using a shared-care model is key. College of Family Physicians of Canada certified (or equivalent) candidates must have a certificate of added competence (or equivalent) in Palliative Care. As the IT Project Manager, Retail Technology & Events, you will work cross-functionally to transform strategy and goals into realized projects that create net new value. You will deliver the successful completion of the highest quality project deliverables, on time and on budget. You will leverage your project management expertise to optimize and scale Aritzia's technology initiatives and events, while supporting the organization's corporate objectives in a dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape. THE ROLE As the Project Manager , Retail Technology & Events, you will: Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvement of technology projects that directly contribute to Aritzia's strategic growth initiatives.Continually evolve and champion Aritzia's project management and delivery methodologies for the highest project success.Collaborate with Retail business partners and other business support partners to bring high value technology projects to life, at the right time with the right resourcing. THE QUALIFICATIONS The Project Manager, Retail Technology & Events has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Project ManagementA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
