Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, including self-awareness, humility, ability to learn from those around them, and have fun.Program planning, development, and implementation experience. Knowledge of program evaluation and data management.Ability to manage multiple priorities in an outcomes-based environment.Highly numerate and financially oriented, with proven skills to manage budgets. Experience in working with, and supportive of, marginalized or barriered individuals.
