The Role: As a Automotive Sales Software Trainer (DTO Trainer - Sales) you will provide support and training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). Leading up to the implementation of our software, you will be responsible for assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone. DTO Trainers also assist customers onsite in person, when required, with new software install training. This position is based out of our Calgary office and requires frequent travel to our customer sites throughout North America. This is not a remote work opportunity .
