The Opportunity: As the Supply Chain Planning Specialist, for Maple Leaf Foods - 97 Walker Drive location, this incumbent will plan, direct, and control the day-to-day Production Orders process, Daily Administrative functions, Daily Product Scheduling, maintain weekly conformance, Etc. Responsible for planning Prepared Meat volume of 8,644,588 Kgs and FPP Volume of 6,214,399 Kgs ensuring all the ingredients, packaging and RAW material are inhouse for production execution. Responsible for releasing ingredients and packaging from 3PL for daily production needs. Ensure weekly production plan is confirm and executed, maintaining Scheduling Adherence above 96% weekly, Responsible for executing SAP Daily Production Process Orders transactions, assessing product availability of orders, update orders as required, checking-in DPR/SAP, assign process codes and generating all Yield operator documentation, Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Orders confirmation, ensuring the correct order is being process on the production lines, transactions utilizing SAP system.
