Shift is two 12-hour days followed by two 12 hour nights then 4 days offDay Shift: 7am - 7pm; Nigh Shift: 7pm - 7 amEvery other weekend offThe shift technician is r esponsible for plant reliability in designated area of the plant; equipment downtime, execution of permanent repairs and preventative maintenance,, and significant improvement of area, and maximizes overall area and plant performance through reliability.What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements 5+ years' experience maintaining mechanical systems/equipment in a high-speed production environment Strong technical problem solving and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of manufacturing safety, HACCP, ISO, materials conversion, etcWorking knowledgeof SAP PMPost-Secondary Education in a technical fieldTrade certificate/license (Millwright / Electrical) is a MUSTPhysical Requirements: Frequent handling/gripping/bending/stooping Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipmentAbility to stand and / or work on feet for extended periodsAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed to support production needs and to conduct multi-task work in a very fast paced work environmentAbility to read, write and understand EnglishWhat will be your key responsibilities?
