Permanent, full time, hourly.Skills Required: Daily duties of this position include planer tooling preparation, machine setup and full operation.Required Experience: To fully qualify for this position you MUST have at least 2-3 years of experience running a high speed planer running standard lumber profiles. Experience on a Stetson Ross, Yates, Woods, Coastal or similar, is ideal.Optional skills and experience: Some basic maintenance skills are ideal to help keep the plant running. When not actively working on the planer this position may also be assigned to run a thorough-feed moulder as required to meet production requirements.Compensation: Pay levels are set according to our existing wage hierarchy, adjusted annually.
