Rapidly emerging fraud vectors, cyber-attack typologies, and increasing money laundering risks and regulatory pressures leave our clients struggling to manage the risk exposure in a nimble and effective manner. As a Manager in the Deloitte Financial Crime practice, you will be leading the creation of business insights related to the financial crime during our client engagements. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone with: • Completed a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in the preferred concentration in the quantitative or business discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or other similar disciplines. • 5 or more years of relevant financial crime and program management experience; previous working experience in the financial service, ideally in insurance sector is preferred • Demonstrated managerial experience, including project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, and team leadership • Proven consulting skills, advisory services, and problem-solving abilities • Professional and risk designation is preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA, FRM) • Security clerance eligible (Nice to have) • Given the nature of our team's national engagements, bilingualism in English and French is required for this position Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $173,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
