Build meaningful partnerships that deliver growth for both Maple Leaf and its customers. Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategies. Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales plans that meet both organizational and customer goals (i.e., volume, gross profit, trade spending, promotional plans, and business development plans). Build and maintain a knowledge base of competitors, operator/customer trends in the marketplace, and integrate this information into strategic recommendations.
