THE REQUIREMENTS Min.4-8 years of estimating experience working within ICI projects. Engineering or construction management degree, technical college diploma or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience. Experience using Excel is required and PlanSwift and AutoDesk Takeoff experience are an asset. Required experience within Divisions 2,3,31,32 and 33. Experience within general contracting estimating is highly favorable. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. High attention to detail. The ability to multitask and prioritize various asks during deadlines. Self-starter with a positive and motivated attitude.
