You will play a key role in the development, consolidation, and innovation of our valuation service offering. More specifically, you willcontribute to the elaboration of a business plan and a business development strategy specific to this service line, and ensure their implementation;ensure that deliverables are produced to the highest quality standards, within the prescribed deadlines;manage complex business analysis including valuation of intangible assets, purchase price allocation (“PPA”), valuation of private placements, impairment testing of purchase price allocation in financial disputes, estate freezes, business purchases and sales, related-party transactions, etc.; manage the day-to-day operations of the service line and be responsible for its financial health;supervise, train and mentor a dedicated team of professionals, promoting personal and professional growth in our friendly environment;ensure excellence in quality control and brand development for the business valuation service line.Experience and prerequisites:We are looking for an accomplished leader with:CPA designation;Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA or ABV) or other relevant designation, reflecting not only accounting expertise but also a specialization in business valuation;Over 10 years’ experience in business valuation or forensic accounting roles, demonstrating an ability to manage complex projects and a dynamic team;A team player, rigorous and meticulous, ready to commit to a collaborative environment;Excellent communication skills, in French and English, to interact effectively with all our customers;The desire to improve and explore new avenues in order to offer added value to our customers and our team.At Mazars’, you won’t just be a member of the team, you’ll be a key partner in Crisis and Disputes.
