POSITION SUMMARY To ensure the efficient operation of WSPs internal Workplace services in the AMERICAS Hub, we are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Specialist. This role will be part of the IT Operations team and report to the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager in the designated Hub. The overall team is dedicated to support IT infrastructure operations which includes network, compute, cloud, and workplace systems and services. You will manage and maintain all aspects of M365 operations with a primary focus on the services within the designated Hub. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Related to M365 services and infrastructure: Managing, monitoring, and maintenance of day-to-day activities to align with expected service levels. Performing routine and health maintenance. Managing upgrades & performance related activities. Identifying and correcting faults with services and infrastructure. Planning and execution of minor infrastructure moves, adds, changes, and disposals (IMACDs). Execution of business continuity tests. Oversight and support of all related service supplier and/or manufacturer activities. Proactive identification and resolution of issues before they affect service performance. Identifying any improvements that can improve service levels. Engaging in the problem management process. Technical peer review and approvals for all related changes. Support audit and compliance activities. Management and maintenance of related platforms. Ability to provide on-call support and extended working hours when called on and willingness to accept periodic rotation. ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate would meet all, or most of the below criteria: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 4-6 years relevant and practical experience in a M365 operations role. Vendor certifications not a requirement, proven practical experience preferred. Experience working in large/global enterprise IT with multiple distributed branch/campus sites. Experience of working within ITIL aligned Service Management organisation. Proven experience as an M365 Technician or similar role, with practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Familiarity with M365 administration and user management, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Understanding of M365 security features, compliance policies, and data protection concepts. Experience in configuring and customizing M365 applications and services to meet organizational requirements. Knowledge of incident and problem management processes and tools for timely resolution of M365-related issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems in the M365 environment. Strong knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint Online. As a Cyber Fusion Engineer in the Cyber Incident Response team, you'll have the opportunity to play a vital role in our organization's security. You'll work directly with the Information Security Manager to create a cohesive Fusion program, blending Digital Fraud and Cyber Incident Response. Your expertise in customer risk-based analytics will enable you to pinpoint and curb digital fraud activities, ensuring the security of our members' interests. You'll be at the forefront of security intelligence, both within and outside the organization. Your insights from alerts and investigations will help identify vulnerabilities and bolster our defenses. This role will allow you to engage with the latest developments in digital fraud, keeping you up to date in this ever-changing field. What you'll get to do: Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent unauthorized access to member accounts, ensuring robust real-time fraud detection mechanisms are in place. Investigate and respond swiftly to reported cyber fraud incidents to protect our members' interests. Monitor member authentication processes and analyze login patterns to detect any suspicious activities, ensuring the protection of member logins. Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure best practices for fraud identification, escalation and mitigation are successfully communicated and followed. Manage assigned queues, reviewing and triaging alerts for suspicious activity with a focus on Digital fraud domains. Provide recommendations based on analysis to further the enhancement of digital fraud containment strategies. Partner closely with variety of cross-functional teams (Cyber/Fraud Policy & Strategy, Fraud Operations, Credit Solution and Analytics) to analyze fraud scenarios and provide mitigation recommendations. Responsible for technical aspect of developing Fusion capability across Coast. (The nexus of cyber and fraud detection & mitigation). Who are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, statistical, scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. Four to six years of experience with digital fraud detection and monitoring tools and their best practices. One or more specialized certification/professional designation is an asset. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certified Financial Crime Investigator (CFCI) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Experience with the following is strongly preferred: Threat Metrix or equivalent. Real-time fraud detection systems. Ability to analyze customer risk-based analytics. Expertise in monitoring authentication processes. Skills in investigating cyber fraud incidents.
