JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Issue materials from Bucks, record, and obtain necessary signaturesMaintain records of incoming and outgoing items and equipment and obtains required signaturesReport all tools and equipment lost or not returnedAssist in loading and unloading material and signs necessary documentationCheck incoming materials against packing slips, reporting discrepancies or damage and places in correct locationTake perpetual inventory counts and completes ordersNotify appropriate personnel of any procedural abnormalitiesObserve and follow all safety rules and regulations EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School or equivalentNo experience necessary but previous work experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar scrap yard/auto part environment will be considered an asset KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Knowledge of automotive components, an assetAbility to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, moderate to heavy lifting, and pushing and pullingComputer literate with intermediate skill level for Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and OutlookOrganized and able to prioritize competing prioritiesStrong communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing and over mobile radio devicesPolite and friendly with a customer service orientationMust be willing to work evenings and weekendsMust have reliable transportation to and from work (remote location, not accessible by bus)Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits! It is required for all jobs.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Counter Clerk will be selling parts to customers, maintaining a till, answering customer queries, completing data entry, and reconciling inventory. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and complete the sale of vehicle parts to customers, including notifying customers of return policy Maintain a till and reconcile any outages/overages Answer in-person, phone, and email queries Purchase vehicles and dispatch tows Enter new vehicle purchases into POS system and ensure they are moved into proper locations in accordance with daily reports.
