Under the supervision of the Director, Infrastructure Management, the incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, controlling and managing all activities and teams in their engineering department. The incumbent will also have to ensure the sustainability of the dock assets, electrical network, roads, railway, sewer, aqueduct and buildings, as well as ensure the successful completion of infrastructure development and maintenance projects according to strategic orientations, environmental and sustainable development of the organization.The key responsibilities of this position are as follows:Ensuring the sustainability of assets:Propose the five-year investments necessary for the business plan according to the infrastructure management policy, in order to meet customer needs and ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure;Carry out the organization's capital plan, representing around a hundred projects totaling approximately $50 to $100 million annually, in collaboration with stakeholders, while respecting approved timelines and budgets as well as internal policies governance, to the satisfaction of internal and external customers;Establish strategies to
