Roles & Responsibilities:Organize employee and sub-contractors to allow for a safe and productive siteMeet construction deadlinesCommunicate with management to organize materials and labor forceAct as a working foreman and teach other employee Qualifications: Experience in Heritage construction is an asset. Hand's on experience in general construction, wood framing, steel framing, and finished carpentry.Knowledge with scaffold and aerial lift access.Ability to interpret drawings.Able to lead and organize employee crews.
