Lead and support a team committed to and involved in continuous improvement and the elimination of waste while referring to the relevant stakeholders when necessary. Analyze, identify causes of and provide solutions to health and safety non-compliance and risks while mobilizing the team in the search for innovative and sustainable solutions.
