Compétences recherchéesDétenir un diplôme d'études professionnelles ou collégiales en mécanique industrielle, en génie industriel, en soudure ou en électromécanique ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente (expérience pertinente peut suppléer au diplôme) ; Posséder entre cinq à dix années d'expérience pertinente en gestion de personnel et cinq à dix années d'expérience pertinente dans l'un ou l'autre des domaines cités précédemment ;Posséder d'excellentes habiletés de gestion du temps et des priorités ;Savoir faire preuve de leadership ;Avoir des habiletés en gestion d'équipes de travail ;Avoir une bonne connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office ;Être disposé à se déplacer sur nos différents sites (détenir un permis de conduire classe 5 valide).
