Ce que nous avons à vous offrir : Régime de retraite avantageux Salaire concurrentiel selon l’expérience Bonification annuelle Programme d’assurances collectives personnel et familial Possibilités d’avancement dans l’entreprise Un environnement de travail dynamique axé sur le service à la clientèle Paie hebdomadaire Vos responsabilités en tant que gérant(e) poissonnerie : Planifier et coordonner les activités de son service de façon à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité fixés par le directeur et ce, tout en respectant la convention collective en vigueur; S'assurer que le magasin soit prêt à recevoir la clientèle tant à l'égard de la quantité de marchandises, à l'étiquetage des produits, à la rotation des denrées périssables qu'aux commandes de produits manquants; Organiser le travail de l'équipe selon les besoins opérationnels; S’assurer de l’application de la mise en marché en magasin et effectuer les commandes du rayon. Vérifier et contrôler l’inventaire; Appliquer les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité de l’aire de vente ainsi que les politiques et les normes de la compagnie. Exigences : Posséder un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un commerce de détail dans le rayon pertinent; Avoir de l’expérience en gestion est un atout important. Compétences recherchées : Aptitudes marquées pour diriger et motiver une équipe de travail; Souci de la qualité et volonté de satisfaire les besoins de la clientèle; Aptitude pour la communication et esprit d’initiative; Capacité à planifier, diriger et organiser en milieu syndiqué. QualificationsYou are a dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and safety.During your mandate, you will be asked to perform light maintenance work including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering. You will be required to perform tasks such as, but not limited to, changing light bulbs, installing paper dispensers, changing filters, changing door locks, performing minor decorative maintenance ,performing preventative maintenance on building infrastructor and other tasks that do not require a journeyperson or skilled tradesperson. You will identify and correct unsafe working conditions under the supervision of management. You will be required to assist at special events as needed, assist skilled workers and subcontractors/vendors. You will also be responsible for performing moving services as required.You will be attending training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as requiredYou must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience. Minimum of one-year related experience.
