Le gérant du magasin est chargé de gérer la performance globale de l’avant du magasin. L’avant du magasin comprend toutes les zones du magasin, y compris le rayon des cosmétiques, à l’exception de la pharmacie. Le gérant du magasin dirige le personnel dans le but d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à l’avant du magasin, il gère tous les processus et procédures à l’aide des ressources financières et s’assure que les objectifs du magasin sont atteints. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Exploitation - Maintenir les normes du magasin pour optimiser l’expérience de magasinage des clients, faire affluer la clientèle et avoir une incidence positive sur la rentabilité du magasin. - Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion pour s’assurer que les normes du magasin sont appliquées en tout temps et en tout lieu, y compris dans l’entrepôt. - Gérer et tirer parti de l’outil de gestion de la main-d’œuvre Workforce Management (WFM) pour optimiser la productivité. - S’assurer que les niveaux de dotation en personnel sont suffisants pour exploiter efficacement l’entreprise.
