Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, the Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health services to the community of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for clients in the community both independently and collaboratively with a physician, depending upon the complexity of client needs.
