Job Requirements: University degree in a related discipline (Criminology, Law, Social Science, Political Science, Public Administration or Business Administration); OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years of recent, progressively-responsible, related work experience in the administration of a major program(s). A minimum of 3 years recent, related experience in research and analysis, policy development, or evaluation or audit methods. Experience engaging diverse stakeholders in the review, development and negotiations of program delivery or policy and in representing an organization and establishing and maintaining effective relationships. Experience leading, planning, coordinating and managing complex projects and work assignments, facilitating issues in a highly sensitive environment and setting priorities between high profile and competing needs. Preference may be given to candidates with related experience in police services or the justice sector.
