With emphasis on training, mentorship, and guidance opportunities to move into more senior positions, to larger projects, or even opportunities to work out of the United States, long term are real possibilities. ABOUT THE POSITION You will be responsible for 1-2 Project Managers who each have their own coordinators and be a mentor for Assistant Project Managers who are taking larger roles on smaller projects.
