The Contractor must provide a resource that has the knowledge, experience, and the expertise to perform the following tasks which include but are not limited to: a. Develop solutions to business and technical problems by means of computer systems of significant size and complexity; b. Review requirements for Command and Control IM/IT systems, identify software solutions to address these requirements within the Defence environment; c. Select and incorporate available software programs; d. Design detailed programs, flow charts, and diagrams indicating mathematical computation and sequence of machine operations necessary to copy and process data; e. Translate detailed flow charts into coded computer instructions and confer with technical personnel in planning programs.
