About the Role Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations. Follow the Advance Product Quality Planning (Trax) established practice. Will follow the Advance Product Quality Planning (Trax) established practice. Development and maintain documentation for PFMEA, Operator Instructions, Rework, Change-over procedure and instruction, Manufacturing Engineering Open Issues, and Continuous Improvement Program Ensures new product Launch Key Milestone dates, Launch KPI’s, Test Incidents, Customer Rejects and High-Risk Items are tracked with status, timing and action plans to close. Co-ordinate, lead, and participate in various multi-disciplined teams in addressing and fulfilling various corporate objectives associated with, manufacturing process, productivity, volume outputs, scrap/rework, quality, safety, and delivery commitment. Work with our suppliers, as required to resolve process deviations.
