About the Role Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations. Follow the Advance Product Quality Planning (Trax) established practice. Lead the advanced manufacturing team and support teams to a flawless launch. Development and maintain documentation for PFMEA, Operator Instructions, Rework, Change-over procedure and instruction, Manufacturing Engineering Open Issues, and Continuous Improvement Program Ensures new product Launch Key Milestone dates, Launch KPI’s, Test Incidents, Customer Rejects and High-Risk Items are tracked with status, timing and action plans to close.
