Monitor conformance to the blend guidance Ensure the blending infrastructure has a capacity to deliver the optimal blend in the most cost-effective way and recommend improvements Monitor the delivery of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for metallurgical optimization projects to ensure the metallurgical process design is maintained Incorporate critical control management into process optimization projects and blend management activities to prevent and minimize probability of material unwanted events Lead and mentor a team of Engineers, EITs and Co-ops by managing day-to-day activities, providing strategic direction, driving performance and excellence, and organizing work to achieve a positive working environment Provide short and long-term performance and career development for employees Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Metallurgy, Process, Materials Science or a related discipline Applicants need to be eligible for registration or registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C.
