Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the Firm's policies, while ensuring adherence to laws and ethical behaviour .Optimize business outcomes and mitigate contractual and legal risks. Ensure corporate E&C policies are properly communicated and respected. Support with the coordination of the development and management (including continuous improvement) of regional governance processes, policies, systems, and key E&C controls.
