Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will work closely with the Global Legal Team to provide support primarily with respect to Board and Committee matters, legal department matters, and mergers and acquisitions. You will be joining a sophisticated and results-oriented legal team that is part of a dynamic and challenging work environment.
