Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance. Training and Development: Communicate with our factory teams and corporate trainers to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Review with induvial sales reps their yearly business plan quarterly to ensure target alignment. Budget Management: Jointly with the VP of sales develop and manage the Ontario sales department budget. Monitor expenses and ensure cost effectiveness within the sales department. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams, including service centre, part centre, rental centre, marketing, finance and product development to achieve overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with the VP of sales to ensure alignment of sales goals and priorities. Other duties could be assigned as the position is developed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field an asset but not necessary. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (Min.5-10 years' experience) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
