Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs. Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the dispatch of telecommunication technicians. What You'll Do Here: Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy. Dispatch telecom technicians via email and/or telephone for work across Canada. Manage emails/phone calls or inquiries. Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations. Maintain and organize document files. Assists other staff in office duties as required. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager. What You Bring to the Team: Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to work well under pressure with a focus on deadlines, using initiative and requiring minimal supervisions.
