Travelling to the sites assigned to the portfolio is mandatory to effectively support both Paladin and client expectations.OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Rural Supervisor will manage the 24-hour operations of the sites while undertaking the entire portfolio which consists of 4 Security Shift Leads, and multiple team members as direct reports to the role across the rural Eastern Zone. The emphasis on time management, willingness to participate in various client committees (HEM, OHS, etc.) while advancing industry knowledge through IAHSS membership and educational pathways are direct requirements for the role.
