The impact you will have: The Manager, Microsoft PreSales is responsible for leading a team of Microsoft Sales Specialists to the growth of new customers and service projects. This includes full responsibility for hiring and developing all team members, aligning closely with our sales leaders across Canada Territory Sales Districts (TSD), and managing a deep partnership with Microsoft. What you'll do: Driving Softchoice sales of Microsoft software and services within the business area. Working with the Softchoice Field Sales Management team on joint go-to-market strategies to drive deployment of Microsoft solutions in our customer base as well as Managed Services and Professional Services revenue growth. Partnering with Sales leadership at every level to develop marketing and field plans. Recruiting, developing and managing an existing team of Microsoft Sales Specialists. Creating/building relationships with Microsoft and key Microsoft partners, especially at the national and regional level. Creating/proposing marketing plans, initiatives, and campaigns. Providing Microsoft support for Softchoice sales organizations. Planning/conducting executive and sales presentations to customers, the Microsoft community, and to the Softchoice sales organization.
