The Assistant Manager, Commercial Accounts is developing expert knowledge of their industry market segment. Working under the supervision of a Commercial Account Manager they are accountable for the performance of a small number of Seaspan Marine customer accounts. The Assistant Manager acts as a contact point for Seaspan Marine's contract customers, builds long-term customer relationships and secures business opportunities with existing and new customers. This role assists with contract negotiation, assisting in the fulfilment of contractual obligations and helps resolve operational issues and customer feedback.Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement. What you'll do Develops expert knowledge of the industry market segment, and detailed understanding of the customer's businesses. Develops and maintains strong relationships across a broad range of levels within customer's organizations, focusing on key decision makers.
