Le/la Assistant(e)-Gérant(e) de service a le mandat d'assurer la fidélité de la clientèle en offrant un service courtois et personnalisé aux caisses. Il/elle est responsable de superviser le département de service et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du département. Sommaire des responsabilités:Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et personnalisé;Faire respecter et appliquer les politiques du magasin;Former et évaluer le personnel de son équipe;Voir à la bonne marche du département;Poinçonner et/ou passer au lecteur optique la marchandise sélectionnée par le consommateur;Assurer l'exactitude des prix poinçonnés et effectuer les annulations selon les normes établies;Manipuler l'argent et les médias (cartes débits, chèques, etc.) et effectuer les dépôts selon les politiques émises;Assurer le balancement des caisses;Assurer l'entretien et la propreté du département;Autres tâches connexes. Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations (e.g. client services, trust services, account transfers, etc.) is an asset Knowledge of operational aspects of traditional (stocks, bonds, money market, mutual funds) and non traditional (managed and fee based) products is an asset Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry. Successful completion of both the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook exam will be required within 18 months from date of hire.
