This is a 1st line Business Continuity Management and Incident Response function with global responsibility for the design and implementation of event response protocols through maintenance of business continuity documentation, the facilitation of business continuity testing, and the execution of tabletop exercises. The Capital Markets Operational Risk and Resilience (CM ORR) group is part of the Capital Markets Office of the C.O.O. (CM OCOO). The business operates at a quick pace with exceptional quality and high expectations; as such the role requires the same pace coupled with high quality execution of deliverables. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Crisis and Continuity Management (60%) Business Continuity Documentation: Responsible for Business Impact Assessment (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Risk Assessment (RA), and Test Summary Report (TSR) documentation updates across all of CM globally Interact directly with LOBs, including senior executives, to gather information for document updates and approvals Develop efficient, streamlined processes for information gathering and executive signoffs on documentation Partner effectively with enterprise Resilience and Integration (R&I) to aid in Quality Assurance (QA) Review process completion Manage call tree notification system updates Business Continuity Testing: All CM Business Continuity Plan testing, including Disaster and Recovery (D/R), notification system management, 3rd party/vendor testing, Alternate Work Area, BCP Walkthrough Incident Management: All CM event management, including scenario planning, tabletop exercises, response protocol, and documentation maintenance Operational Resilience (20%) BPS: Biannual refresh of the Critical Business Products/Services (CBPS) List which have considerable systemic impact internally, and externally Process & Dependency Mapping: Annual update the documentation of critical resources needed to deliver CBPS, including system application, work force and third-party exposures, etc. Impact Tolerance: Biannual update of the Impact Tolerance Statement ensuring impact tolerance(s) are updated as business needs change Scenario Testing: Conduct Scenario Testing with Ops Res team to identify gaps/vulnerabilities and establish actions plans for remediation (if required) Operational Risk (20%) Provide support to Operational Risk assessments, projects and initiatives that fall within the Operational Risk & Resilience mandate(s), as required. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
