There may be other opportunities for the 2025-2026 school year. The Grade 1 Teacher will be teaching a variety of subject areas and following the BC Ministry of Education's curriculum. Qualifications:-must have a Bachelor of Education and a current BC Teaching Certificate-must be willing to work collaboratively with other staff members to meet school goals and vision including implementing a literacy program that includes daily guided reading, phonics instruction, writing, fluency, and exposure to and encouragement of a love for literacy.
