Who- the Candidate: We are seeking candidates with at least 10 years’ progressive experience in payroll. Qualified candidates will have experience leading payroll teams of at least 4 people. Must have experience leading a payroll team that is processing multiple payrolls for well over 5000 employees, including hourly, salary, unionized, and non-unionized. PCP and/or CPM certifications are highly preferred. We are looking for payroll leaders who are natural mentors, and who coach and lead their team through positive change.
