Professional designation (CPA);2+ years of relevant working experience / commercial real estate an asset;Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines;Proven financial analytical skills.Excellent knowledge and experience related to technology and accounting systems in a real estate environment (Yardi preferred).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively and professionally under pressure or in stressful situations.Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities within structured deadlines and deliverables.Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation and deliverables.Bilingual (English/French), both written and spoken _The masculine gender is used without discrimination and for the sole purpose of lightening the text.Only selected candidates will be contacted.
